By clicking the Place Order button, you are agreeing to the purchase of items from this web-site. In accordance with the following terms and conditions, you are required to pay the full amount specified on your order summary.

Carrier designs are exclusive and property of Ethos. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material solely for your own non-commercial use. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the designs or content is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Ethos.

The first payment of a payment plan is non-refundable. ALL invoices must be paid in full prior to the wrap shipping to you. In the event a carrier is lost in the mail, a claim will be filed with the USPS. We will work with you to get your money back via the USPS insurance claim. No PayPal claim should be filed. A rejection at the point of delivery will result in a 15% re-stocking fee and applicable shipping charges.

Please note that all wovens are expected to potentially contain aesthetic variances such as bobbin changes and weavers knots, these are not considered flaws and are part of the weaving process. Budget line wraps are expected to have some cosmetic imperfections, not affecting safety or functionality, and this does not render them “seconds quality”. Refunds will not be granted due to standard cosmetic imperfections of this nature. We do offer some “seconds quality” wraps that have long skips or irregularities with hemming or pattern, which will be specifically noted.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for products new in package.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for products no longer in package. Defective exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase for manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear and aesthetic variances (as detailed above) cannot be exchanged-for. Exchanges will be made for the same product in the same size, or store credit offered if no longer available.

Shipping and Handling

We ship wraps and slings via USPS Priority Mail unless requested otherwise. It is our goal to ship every order within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase but it may take up to 5 business days. You will receive tracking information for your purchase at your PayPal e-mail address. The e-mail will come from USPS and may be routed to your spam or other folders.
